Terms and conditions

1. Who we are
These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements and work of Spartion Consulting (Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 42044199).
2. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer, quotation and agreement between Spartion Consulting and a client, unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Quotations and formation
All quotations are without obligation, unless expressly stated otherwise. An agreement is formed once the client has accepted a quotation in writing (or by email).
4. Performance of the assignment
Spartion Consulting performs the agreed work to the best of its insight and ability. Where possible, we work with a single fixed point of contact throughout the engagement.
5. Rates and payment
Rates are stated in the quotation or on the website and are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.
6. Duration and termination
Ongoing services (such as management, SEO or vCISO-light) have a monthly notice period of one calendar month, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Liability
Spartion Consulting is liable only for direct damage resulting from an attributable failure, up to a maximum of the invoice amount of the relevant assignment.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties treat confidential information shared in the context of the assignment with due care and do not share it with third parties.
9. Governing law
Dutch law applies to all agreements with Spartion Consulting. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where Spartion Consulting is established.
